The Golf USA Tee Time Coalition needs your help with the Golf Course Owner and Operator Survey. Complete this brief questionnaire and watch its long-lasting effects take hold
Did you receive the Golf Course Owner and Operator survey sent out in April by the Golf USA Tee Time Coalition? If you haven’t yet responded, there’s good news: It’s not too late to include your information. The Golf USA Tee Time Coalition wants to know about your experience with tee time distributors and golf course management software providers.
This survey is critical to the Coalition and how it serves golf course owners and operators, as it will help determine whether discontent with tee time providers is merely a vocal minority or truly a widespread issue. It will help us reach a general consensus on each company, barter, satisfaction with terms and much more.
Without golf course operators telling the Coalition how they feel about the companies they work with, it cannot help them. Think of it like one bad Yelp review alongside 50 positive ones. The restaurant will still net a five-star rating.
Early trends of the data collected from the survey will be made public at the NGCOA’s inaugural Golf Business TechCon, September 27-28 in Las Vegas, Nevada, making it yet another reason why you should attend. If you’ve yet to register, do so now at www.golfbusinesstechcon.com.
The conference will also feature a special online tee time panel, where we’ll ask some of the leading tee time distributors and software companies pointed questions based on the trends and feedback received from the survey. The panel will focus on identifying a happy medium on some of the most pressing issues in online tee time distribution. We’ll also discuss course directories search engine marketing and termination/cancellation policies.
Help us make a difference by completing this short survey now, and then join us later this year in Las Vegas as we use this data to better assist our industry.
